Processing time.

Processing time for visas and passports are estimates based on our experience with foreign embassies and US passport agencies in usual circumstances and are reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. Consulates and/or the US Department of State may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. Apply Online Passports is not and shall not be responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. Processing time should be calculated starting the day after submission of the documents to the embassy or the Department of State. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges, or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.

Fees and Payments.

You’re required to prepay for all services. You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by Apply Online Passports or by any other vendor or service provider through Apply Online Passports. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges related to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Changes may include but are not limited to, changes in embassy consular fees, processing procedures, and documentation required for visa issuance. All consular/government fees are non-refundable once service processing has begun. In the case where a visa or passport application has been canceled or rejected, the service fee will be non-refundable. APPLY ONLINE PASSPORTS ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SERVICES OF THE PASSPORT AGENCY OR EMBASSY/CONSULATE IN CONNECTION WITH THE GRANTING OF PASSPORTS OR VISAS, NOR FOR ANY DELAYS, LOSS OF PASSPORTS, OR OTHER MATERIALS. APPLY ONLINE PASSPORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUND TO ANYONE AND FOR ANY REASON.

Shipping.

Apply Online Passports uses UPS for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise. Apply Online Passports uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by UPS or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Apply Online Passports is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in the client’s possession or in transit. Apply Online Passports strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real-time tracking of packages in transit. Apply Online Passports is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep save, any and all packages. Apply Online Passports cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.
